In 2015, Wendy discovered the life-changing benefits of daily walking and nature hikes, using them to manage stress and regain control of her health.
What started as a daily practice turned into a passion—one that led her to walk over 3 million steps in just her first year. Now, she’s on a mission to help women kickstart their journey to wellness by getting them moving more each day.
For Wendy, walking is the perfect gateway to better health. It’s simple, effective, and accessible to everyone, regardless of fitness level. She helps beginners incorporate more movement into their daily lives, transforming walking into a habit that leads to better energy, mental clarity, and overall well-being.
Once walking is a natural part of her clients’ lives, Wendy then guides them toward strength training 1-3 times a week, laying the foundation for lasting health and longevity.
But Wendy’s guidance doesn’t stop there. As women progress, she helps them create a holistic approach to wellness—eating well, sleeping well, playing well, and thinking well—so they can live life fully and independently, now and in the years to come.
